You should spray physiological saline and slowly remove the bandage. Carefully wet the recipient area with lukewarm water (avoiding too much pressure on the water). Apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to the hands (any baby\u2019s shampoo with a neutral pH) and after lathering, gently apply a small amount of pressure to the recipient area. Rinse with care and plenty of water. Wash the donor area normally, provided there is no sensitivity. Do not use your fingernails during the wash. You should make sure that the skin on the head is clean. If you notice some hairs falling out there is no need to worry.
